A thunderstorm has just passed through here, with heavy rain for a short while.

current temp is 20c and rather breezy.

Just has a decent thunderstorm here. Frequest CG strikes, and thunder bellowing across the skies, at one point competing and overlapping with each other. Torrential rain for a breif period, probably reports of flash flooding in the area. Depends how widespread the storm was. Not had any this summer, pretty unremarkable for convective storms, but this was a good 'un :D

really dark skies over Glasgow looks like a really heavy down pour is on its way

A windy day here with a fair bit of sunshine. All the showers avoided here so a dry day for the first of September.

A sunny start to the morning but cloud built steadily from mid-morning onwards and the first showers arrived around 1220 g.m.t. Several moderate-heavy showers during the afternoon but they were fairly short and much less intense than a few miles further north where there was 3 times as much rainfall as here. Thunder was heard around 1415-20 g.m.t but no lightning seen.

It reached a high of 15.0C earlier today but it's currently 11.6C and dry after a wet afternoon in which 9.6mm of rain fell, most of it when I was walking the dog.

Paramo clothing is very waterproof.

Just had a very heavy shower pass over with some impressive lightning as well. Still raining but a lot lighter and the temperature has fallen to 12.1c. Sadly it cut short my cricket practice in the nets :rofl:

Clear spells last night.Sunny intervals and showers today, these heavy at times. Locally some torrential downpours and flooding experienced.Rather cool and blustery (SW).

This evening i played a footy match in some of the heaviest rain ive seen in a few months. This so called shower last for about 1 hour and a half and a lot of rain must of fallen. Soaked :D
