A max of 8c a pretty benign day dull with a light north to NE wind,better now as it`s clearing up and tonight may bring the first air frost,but it`ll be the coldest night so far anyway if not that.

I like that chart! That shows -1c for tonight here. Bang on 8.5c atm - Still cloudy but clearing after a day of showers and a max of 9.9c.

Don't forget your elevation and location. You live in a frost hollow and are quite high. That chart is the minimum temperature at sea level. (I think)

Stephen, an air frost is looking likely tonight! It's going to be the coldest night of the Autumn so far. As low as -1c i'd say. Cloud keeps trying to clear here. (Speak of the devil, i just looked out and it's almost all gone!)

Max of 4c here today and large areas in the shade remained covered in frost with a lot of puddles completely frozen. Already just below freezing point again tonight.The last of the leaves(mostly beech) will soon fall after all this air frost but its good for the parsnips in the garden and neeps in the field as it sweetens them up for cooking. A very frosty sunset tonight.

ugh this is just never going to happen for me!! i left here an hour or two ago and it was 5c well it was clear and foggy well when i come back its only dropped one degree to 4c and all fog has disappeared and everywhere else in ni is close to 0c thx alot!!! ugh!! is there even a chance of this freaken cloud clearing by the looks of things its just got closer to here. if this cloud dosnt clearin two hours ill be demented!

Tell me about it... it cleared before and temperature plummeted! There wasn't a cloud in the sky.. Next thing my temperature had risen and IT HAD GONE CLOUDY! It's really annoying considering it was meant to clear at 3pm!!
