Very wet yesterday morning with fields saturated and water streaming down the road. Wind was from the S obviously. In the PM it dried up, the wind turned W, there was blue sky nearly at times. Around midnight the wind (much slacker by now) turned S and for a very short time absolutely pushed it down. Seriously. Further showers since then but not as intense. Min temp was 4C sometime before 00Z. The weather gods are very angry at the moment.
