just had a thunderstorm go through, two flashes of lightning and very heavy rain, its 8c and a strong southerly wind.

wow ! had a gust of 42.2mph about 20.20 tonight, coincided with a blip in the pressure and a 3 c drop in temp and some rain !

now back to 15-20mph wind

will watch out for that James, the weather station is not high enough yet, by the back corner of the house and lots of turbulence around the roof, and the house is in a bit of a sheltered spot from the SW winds anyway.
