Yesterday felt cold due to the strong/gale force wind 7.9c max,today felt the same to the much lighter wind max of 6c so March 8th we have to go back to now.

Sharp showers early in the night with clear spells. A few more showers late night and into the morning.

Sunny spells in the morning with a few brief showers, then mainly dry but rather cloudy in the afternoon. More showers just after dusk.

Cooler than of late and breezy (SSW). In fact it was the coolest maximum of the month/ season even though it was near to the seasonal average.

Not a bad day in the main, we caught one or two showers from time to time all rather heavy but very short lasting. This evening the showers are continuing and remain very heavy but short lasting.

Most pleasing aspect of today was the sunshine at lunchtime and just before dusk with clear blue skies, cheered everyone up after all the rain and floods.

A chilly feeling day but there was less wind than yesterday so not feeling quite as cold as yesterday.

Expecting tomorrow to deliver much what today brought but colder.

This is a very showery november SW-ly indeed another 3mm since,tomorrow looks like Wales will be getting lots of showers once again packing in and dieing once they pass here.

Record wet month will easily be broken now,and after the driest september.

The dry day I posted earlier didn't last as in the last couple of hours there's been a feed of light-moderate showers from mid Wales. Temp' was 3.4c at the time of the heaviest shower prompting me to look for sleet but there was none that I could see.
