Just for a bit of fun - A thread for tonight where temperatures will be widely below freezing.

Post regular updates, maximums and minimums

The winner will be announced tomorrow by me. The winner will have the lowest temperature recorded out of all who took part!

Don't think anywhere will get to -10 looking at the sat pics; there's pesky cloud around over most of the UK yet again. Perhaps a -7 or -8 in any prone spots where it stays clear- Southern Scotland looks clearer than the Highlands right now. Looking at the bank of grey cloud I can see to the west (after a mostly sunny day) I reckon we'll miss it yet again- to get to December without airfrost is quite something around here, even with recent mild autumns.

well it is a slow drop in temp here so far. I expect it to speed up as last of cloud and wind clears away sooner rather than later... dry.gif

current temperature 1.5c -0.3c per hour which is slow! wallbash.gif I need it to speed up a little if i am to get -4c ish unsure.gif
