If these charts come off then there will be lots of footy matches called off rofl.gif

Well I am coming up to your place for our match on Dec 28th, so let's hope not :diablo:

Really? I was under the impression that nothing beginning with the letter S would win that match! pardon.gif

WAHEY! I like it biggrin.gif

He's right you know sufc rolleyes.gif

Anyway, eyes down for the ECM rolling out soon, there is always one model that has to be a party pooper, but let's hope it allows mega ramping to commence...

Is it worth panic buying yet???:o

But seriously, my nan is 86 and lives alone. I know i want a snowfest but i'm worried because if the snow comes off, we couldn't get to her...unless i borrow the work quad bike i suppose...:o

Is it worth preparing for in a serious way?

T o the person worried about their nan, there's no harm in getting her some powdered milk and cans of soup ready just in case she can't get out, also checking she has warm clothing and torch in case eletric goes out that kind of thing.

While we don't go mad if a snowstorm is forecast we always have stocks of cans of soup and powdered milk, and dry crackers as a bread substitute.

Does anyone know who are the major manufacturers of sledges? Think it's time to buy some shares!! :whistling:

Oh and just out of curiosity, any ideas how many days of subzero temps does it take to freeze over the thames?

TOYRUS sells them.

With the rate of flow I guess about -25c. For the more shallow and slow running parts nearer to -7c for several nights but daytime temperatures can rise above freezing as long as there's a good covering of ice on top.
