think the chances of rain here are bloody low- temps now -3oC and bitter, if the white stuff falls could be a reasonable amount

0.2c here.

More precip coming into the Welsh SW Coast *could* have our name on it, if it manages to survive the long trek across the Welsh countryside past into Stoke. A long shot but something worth watching for later on after the main Front has cleared.

I was thinking that too, I was also wondering if the air currents from the front may pull some moist air in off the Irish sea behind it which could generate further showers.

Goes to show how the Cold Pooling is influencing our weather at the moment, even with this warm sector. The South between Portsmouth and Bournemouth, where the Occluded front is Passing by, are seeing Lightning every 90 seconds, with Southampton reporting Hail in places 2cm's deep.

Started raining twenty mins ago here, there is now a small amount of snow in the mix. After temps fluctuated from -2 to +2 and everything inbetween, temp is now holding out at 0c. No height to help us sadly!

According to the weather station info from old trafford cricket ground (which is just up the road from me) the temp has risen from .04 to .09 in the last halh hour. Perhaps rain is more likely at least to start with in manchester

No guarantee it will be snow infact probably less likely.
