hows the temps/dews in the region guys? We had about 9cm this morning near oldham but the temps have risen with the band.Might get a bit from that lot pushing down.Is there mild air assosiated with it? hope not.lol

Current temp here 0.3°C with a DP of -2.3°C.

Band is moving painfully slowly but IS heading this way now rolleyes.gif I can at last see the tops of the CBs to my north and these are drifting slowly SE. The above temps look good for snow especially as it is now getting colder.

Temp 1.6c here and my prediction of the snow going was wrong :drinks: Wonder what the band is going to do up north :drinks:

Lol I can't believe I have watched an entire film (The Invention of Lying) and that band to our north has barely moved!! Nice to see the band has developed to the east. :drinks:

Pleased for you mate acute.gif , I think we have a longish wait yet. The sky to the north is still fairly clear, temps around 1 degree with similar dews. Might get snow or rain don't really know.

Glad to hear some are getting snow biggrin.gif Will be interesting to see how it tracks. To my eyes it seems to be going slightly SSW which is why i was worried i may be to far South East (could just be me though). Hopefully it will come straight south so we all see something biggrin.gif

Finally, my weather station works now, i cleaned it and got rid of some dirt and cob webs etc.

temp -0.4

dew -2.1

Turning more to snow now, big flakes. Temp now 1.3C! dropping quickly guys..

10123, I think it must be very close to turning to settling snow for you. in the transition hail sometimes comes just before it :D

Yeah, we have a dusting up here, but the snow is very light.

I agree partly, although we might if we are lucky get something out of this. The two bands currently over the sea near Hornsea seem to be getting a little larger so you never know.
