Slightly concerned from an IMBY point of view that there won't be too much further northward movement and the heaviest snow might be to the south of me.

Central London looks like it is about to get blasted

We need soem more movement! But if their isn't much more northward I am under a band anyway so.....Would be great if the stuff coming through London just made it up here!

Yep well worth watching the front to the north, the thing to watch is where the front ends up stalling, if it stalls far enough north then its going to allow another band into Kent, though probably southern Kent more then the northern part...

The NAE progs still some fairly heavy snow for Essex and Kent tomorrow moving south-east between the morning and eveing...

Should be crossing the Thames to you now Kold !

Just south of Redhill, 10cm since 9pm and still snowing heavy....very severe period upon us now guys...with lots more to come. This is the start of the two weeks of lying snow period for southern England.

not much in Southgate, N London. Looking at the radar it seems to be slowing progress north now. Close but no cigar maybe. Looks good for tomorrow though

looks like we'll still get some shortly though??

Bright headtorch coming in very useful now - my own portable lamp post. Heavy steady snow - wind getting up as well.
