Weather Station 2350

Recommended Posts

Was wondering if anyone could advise on how to power up the WS 2350 base station for a WS2350. Just bought it at the beginning of the week from flightstore and used today to set it up. Followed the instructions and put batteries in the bastation, however, no joy, tried on mains and still no joy.

Thanks

Eddie

Sounds like it might be a dead on arrival. I got one bought to Christmas which as soon as I put the batteries in the console main station it bleeped and the LCD lit up with numbers and figures.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

well, reading the instruction manual it says either 3x AA batteries of the power adaptor and it should do this:

When the base station is powered up, a

short beep will sound and all LCD segments will light up for about 5 seconds before it enters into a 15 minute learning mode to learn the sensors security code.

so if you have new batteries fitted the correct way round according to the marking in the bottom of the case (2 facing one way and the middle facing the other) and the power adaptor was plugged in correctly - it sounds like it's going back in the box very soon :)

    Hi Eddie

You must put first the batteries out remote sensor and after to console put batteries or adaptor,if you use wireless conection.

If you use cable connection you must put the batteries or adaptor only the console ,without betteries at remote out sensor .

Some times if you loose the signal at wireless conection, just press the + button at console for 2-4 second.
