Hi. Only just seen your post so apologies for the delay in replying.

I recently bought a Maplins branded Fine Weather Offset station for a little under £100, which while not perfect, meets my requirements, at least for the time being. For reviews on Weather Stations try this site:

The professional stations from Oregon Scientific usually cost somewhere between £200 and £400, so they may be the best available for that price. Davis are known to be the best of all but are often priced nearer £500.
