5C and partly cloudy in N Swindon at 07.30.

I see the uneducated mob with the burning torches (i exclude the 5 or 6 clearly knowledgeable regular posters) on the Model Output thread went from milder, milder & milder posts to easterly. easterly cold and now to just a bit cold.

Every time winters reappearance is a possibility there is 1 - 2 line post after post of utter crap up to 7 days ahead like "that will produce a massive snowstorm but obviously won't happen this far ahead etc " I know bugger all about the models so i keep out and just read but it just spoils a good discussion with all that rubbish.Where's the whining thread when you need it?
