Hi All,

Over the past week i have not recieve any email alerts froml the message centre, i have had rain overhead according to the radar and today we have sleet over us on the radar but no emails?

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Has happened to me again as well, no alerts at all today

I've raised this as a bug, so we'll hopefully get the rain alerts running in the morning.

Was tested and working from here - you sure your email isn't putting them in a spam folder or anything?

Just noticed this thread....TBH Paul, I'm also not receiving the NW alerts, haven't for over a month...I'm getting the daily forecasts sent to my inbox, but nothing else....nothing in the spam folders either

It was flagged as a bug earlier this week, and karl has marked it as back working, if it's not I'll have to re-raise it for him to look at on Monday unfortunately.

i received my first alert this morning.had nothing for a few weeks prior.
