Just started snowing in Chilwell, Nottingham. 2.3C (dropped 1.2C in 2 hrs), E. breeze increasing. Radar still showing rain...

Odd flakes of snow early which turned to the odd spot of rain around midday before dying out. Now raining lightly.

Cold 1.6C Dew Point 1.2C hence the rain.

A grey day with light snow since 2pm, was starting to settle but now fizzling out again.

Temp 1.0c, dewpoint 0c.

A vile mix of cold rain and sleet/snow feeling very, very unpleasant. Some areas not far off getting a dumping of snow but precip too light here (it fizzled out just as it came close as ever!).

4.7c max now 1.4c - colder air certainly here now.
