That ppn to the west is not even getting past the bristol channel before evaporating into thin air. cc_confused.gif

Yep... Not looking good! :)

It would really have to go some here anyway in order to settle/stick/pitch/lay (delete as appropriate!)... Was chucking it down with rain here (back in Trowbridge now!) about 17:00ish...

Temp. is currently 1.5°c

Dew Pont 0.2°c

Still snowing hard in Longford (gloucester)- i reckon about 2 inches or so-- more has falled but it has been of the wet variety. I think you can double that amount in the Forest of Dean-- it seems there has been a real dividing zone with Gloucester and Westwards seeing far more accumulations- the local radio have been talking about the River Severn being a good dividing zone today.

... Meeting the locals also :) but yea. The snow is just worth watching.

Then again with GW we might just end up with more over the comping 10 years or so.

Tonight is odd.

we have about an inch. However its probably dumped about 6 inches.. Its melting underneath as it lands.

A good 2 inches here tonight, still very light snow falling. Been out to make a snowman in the

back garden, kids said it was too wet and cold :) Temp has now gone up 1.2c, might be tricky in

the morning if all this freezes.

Amazing RB. You're only 15 mins up the M5 from me, and in North BTL we have nothing - a covering after lunch and late morning, but we've had no snow falling for 5/6 hours now!
