    Good morning,

I have noticed a definate lack of snowdrops this winter, has anyone else noticed that ?

Has yours come through yet ?

Mine are through and have come into flower during the last couple of days biggrin.gif They are in a very shady spot (north facing at the front of the house) so I presumed this is why they were late ?

I haven't seen any while I've been out and about though, perhaps they are still in shock from being buried under all the snow !

We have ours as well under snow again just now and came into flower about 10 days ago. One thing I have noticed they are very short and have hardly any stems compared to recent years.

Funny i have found that only a few of my snowdrops are short, the rest are pretty good.

I wonder if its to do with the amount of hard frost experienced in your area, compared to me nearer the coast and further south?

Or could it be the depth the bulbs are planted?
