UK Outlook for Saturday 10 Apr 2010 to Saturday 24 Apr 2010:

Although it currently looks likely that many areas will be generally unsettled at the start of this period, on the whole we are currently expecting weather conditions to be close to what would normally occur at this time of year. Rainfall amounts are likely to be close to average, with perhaps slightly drier conditions occurring in some eastern areas. Both temperatures and sunshine amounts also look likely to be close to normal for April in most areas.

UK Outlook for Wednesday 21 Apr 2010 to Wednesday 5 May 2010:

There are indications that the weather should remain mostly dry and fine during the last couple of weeks of April and the beginning of May, with only a low risk of unsettled weather. The areas most likely to see unsettled conditions with occasional rain will probably be northern, northwestern and eastern parts of the UK, with the driest weather most likely in western and southern parts. There should be good spells of sunshine, particularly in the south and west, but with clear skies there is a risk of overnight fog and frost for most parts. It should feel warm in the sunshine, with light winds for a good part of the period.
