A dusting of snow greeted me this morning with all surfaces in shadow from the sun covered in a slushy layer of snow, a big surprise.

A very good day with blue skies and sunshine and feeling very pleasant, the sun is beginning to have a bit of oomph in it, so even when temps are only say 6 or 7 degrees in direct sun and no wind it will feel rather pleasant.

Touch and go whether we see an air frost, some high level cloud has spilled in from the west. Tomorrow looks dissapointing with cloudy skies and a chilly breeze.

After an early snow shower it was a clear day with partly cloudy spells during the afternoon. It then cleared again during the evening and has turned frosty. Max temp today was 6.3C.
