yeah down to -7c here now and is clear and calm not one cloud!... i see the high is closer so i will have a lower max which is good dont like 8c days... EDIT 8:11 the sun is up and it is melting the frost on the roofs despite the temperature dropping! it looks like even an ice day wont keep snow and any snow in scotland must be shear luck.

More lovely sunshine up here after a frosty cold start-current temp is 8.4C (cor=8.9C) with a dewpoint of -2.8C indicating it is quite cold air as anyone who looks at the current 850mb temp chart will see, but with very little wind it feels pretty good in the sun-long may it continue!

Despite decent spells of sunshine temps widely only reached 6C/7C very briefly and temps are starting to drop already, In March its very easy for max temps to reach 11C/12C in sunshine so its not that great at all really and it feels cold still, looks like another hot shower tonight to warm up.

A lovely day with a slight frost to start with and Sunny Spells this morning but turned increasingly clear skied this afternoon which has made it feel lovely in the sunshine though a cold wind when walking, Max temp 7.3c, currently 6.7c.
