Currently clear and frosty with a temperature of -4.2C. Although not that notable compared to some parts its actually the second coldest March night for 23 years already here!

It will be interesting to see what the minimum ends up at, still a couple of hours of cooling to go yet.

Missing out on the colder mins again due to a breeze all night. Min yesterday night: -1.6°C, Min last night: -1.2°C. The min of -4.9°C on Friday was a bit more notable though.

Lovely and clear again this morning hardly any frost again though due to the dry air.

its currently -8.4c and clear not one bit of frost!

But at your nearest Met Office Station, it's currently -2. What makes you so much colder than anywhere comparable?

Currently -6.1C here, after a low of -6.8C. This sent me looking for my coldest March night, but I quickly found three sub-minus 10s, so it's not even close.

First frost for a couple of days, down to -5C locally. Still more than enough snow to call a Met-O snow day, the 13th consecutive such day. The snow has survived a full week in the "spring" sunshine :)

the nearest one is actually -5c but its around -6 now here as the sun rises temp here quick. and ballycastle is right on the coast and everytime you go down there is foggy when its sunny everywhere else... they are right on the east coast.

Low last night of -3.0c, currently blue skies and a chilly -1.8c.

Sadly if the BBC are to be believed it will all start to cloud over in the next couple of hours. No signs of it yet tho!

Seriously cold night for March at -5.8c, that would be a very cold night in the middle of winter, let alone the start of spring! However, it is some way off the -7.6c I got in March 2006. Gorgeous day though, unbroken sunshine.

Not horrifically cold here like other places had, I suspect it's partly to do with being on the top of a relative hill.

-2.6C the overnight low, warming up quickly, currently 6.8C
