Yesterday:

There was enough cloud cover overnight to prevent the temperature from falling below 7.0c. The cloud broke for s short time around dawn to allow a sunny start, but a sheet of Stratocumulus quickly spread over the area around 08:00 GMT, producing a few spots of light rain. At observation cloudy with a few gaps appearing on the western horizon. Further sunny spells developed through the morning and continued through the afternoon. Although mild temperature wise at 12.0c, the humidity was low at around 50% so quite a cool feel in the brisk westerly wind, top wind speed, 25mph.

Hi all

So far today its been a nice pleasent day with a bright spells and a fair bit of cloud about, It dosent feel cold at all even in the lightning breeze we have.

Though on the radar theres some rain pushing in and i know we are sposed to get rain later but for the meantime am going to enjoy this nice weather we current got.

Its changed a bit out there now since my last post, has now gone completely cloudy and the wind is picking up a bit.

Feels a tad cooler out there but not by much and dont think rain is too far away

Started to rain but it's been dry for much of the day

Very pleasant day in east Lancashire. I was on Pendle Hill early afternoon and it was bright with some sunshine though the wind was very strong and cold giving a severe wind chill.

Back here in the Lakes we have had some showers in the past hour and it is generally cloudy- max of 9 degrees.
