This an April Fool by any chance?

The cold winter was caused by low pressures and arctic flows increasing not loft insulation. Where entering a period where winter will mean Snow and summer will mean mild.

Yes, very good April fools jokes from both Netweather and TWO. The cheesboard effect to moderate the cold from TWO and less loft insulation from Netweather!
