Lets hope that Hook developing between Cherokee and Caldwell (OK) drifts away from Arkansas City or Ponca City within the next hour, I don't think it'll make it that far, but if forcing has only reached 45k it means we've only seen the beginnings of what's to come.

Cyclic tornadic supercell now about to cross I-35 near KS/OK border, apparently been some chasers been caught up in an earlier tornadic circulation and powerlines down, hope no one hurt, another interesting supercell further south down the line could drop a tornado.

Ominous location for new storms WSW of OKC, these are severe warned but not quite tornadic yet. Obs from Clinton OK confirm that the situation is highly unstable. I suspect the activity will intensify further south and maintain high intensity near KS-OK border for next 4-6 hours.

Earlier tornadic supercell heading NE over border into S-central KS seems to have lost shape somewhat east of I-35, but an interesting supercell to the south - north of Perry.

Also, tornado warned storm area now just W and SW of OK City metro area, which could be worrying ... reports of funnels in Yukon area in western suburbs.

Wall-cloud on the link Jason posted. I'm guessing the Area around Mustang the Channel were looking at to the West of OKC.

EDIT - the GPS has finally updated again

The team are doing great so far, having bagged 2 tornadoes so far already and I suspect they may very well get another 1 or 2 yet, but only time and the weather will tell :)

No worries John, I'm glad you guys are back onto the main highways again and have got your connection back

It looks like the cell you guys are at it's beginning to weaken somewhat, but I could be wrong cc_confused.gif

I wish I was back on the main highways with the lads, but sadly I'm back in Cork doing a bit of tech support along with Paul M. Was Just talking to Paul S there on the phone a few minutes ago and he was saying the damage they are coming across is mental.

Well done team! 2 nadoes and still daylight. Awesome!
