Currently dry with sunny intervals, after a clear morning. The ash cloud seems to be polluting the mid-to-upper atmosphere, there were some murky orangey clouds about last evening and the sky today looks reminiscent of what I'd expect to see from a deep easterly or south-easterly type.

Feels quite warm in Cork City. Cork airport is reporting 18C, but that's at around 150m asl, so 'tis probably close to 20C in the city center. Mostly overcast though it has to be said, a lot of people walking around carrying several layers of clothes in their arms

Great day here currentlly 22c with partly cloudy skies, sunny intervels and a warm W wind. First real summers day with the swifts that arrived 4 days ago sceaming round the house wind. Everthing is finally growing fast on the farm and in the garden.
