With the upper low sliding south-east, some warm night time minima but lack of real heat.

15.1C please

After intially thinking that June could be a close to average month for temperature and rainfall, I'm now going for a warm and unsettled month. My guess is:

15.3C

Cheers

A final revision down to 15.2C please- some cooler weather looks feasible in the 2nd week of the month in particular, judging by model outputs and teleconnections. This still has to be offset against a likely outturn near 16C CET during the first week.

Ill go for 14.8C. It certainly looks very warm by day in the first week and cool by night but there are signs now the Atlantic might finally break through.

GFS is hinting at something rather cool and unsettled after a warm start. 14.0C
