Snow Devils

Recorded this back at the end of March with, unfortunately, my phone, just haven't gotten round to posting it up to now. It's a little difficult to make out but you should be able to see the rotation. This particular one was probably around 15-20m tall. Saw loads of them that day, some only around 3m high and some upwards of 30m. In this particular area where they kept forming I probably stood watching for the best part of an hour. They looked absolutely stunning. There are much clearer videos on youtube if ye want to check them out.

Anyone else seen or got any videos of these?

Never come across one of those. I'm a bit curious as to how they'd form in those conditions.

I was up Pen-Y-Fan in January this year and seen several then in the late afternoon. The temp was probably around -8 that day. Have tried to upload a picture I took but I'm having some problems with it
