and its still 17c here, i don't care anymore now as its too cloudy now and i'll never make 20c, at least tomorrow will be around 24c. But it'll still puzzle me why nowhere else has reached 20c with the amount of sun and little wind.

That's what happens when you get a breeze off the sea. Plenty of Ireland is above 20C. You don't want a northerly wind when living near the north coast if you enjoy the heat!

Just managed to get close too 21C here after a cold start. Now gone slightly muggy which surprised me. If the skies clear tonight another cold one on the cards.

Another very good summers day at the end of what has been a very good week weatherwise with no precipitation. It was cold last night down to 3 degrees, max just below 20 degrees, giving a rather large diurnal range. Some high level cloud at times and still a nagging cool wind but much lighter than yesterday it has been a very good day for doing some outdoor activities - perfect really.

Tonight could be quite chilly still, next week will see a return to mild nights, so tonight could be the last cool night for sometime..

Not a bad day, plenty of sun which was yet again unbroken until just after noon, when an annoying amount of high/medium level cloud (about 60% of which was aircraft-caused I reckon) drifted over turning it hazy at times. But, not for the first time this spring/summer, the temp struggled despite it feeling warm- 21.5 max when you'd expect at least 24 with that amount of sunshine in June.

A pretty cold night for mid-late June here with a min of 3.3c. No way of knowing if we scraped was a ground frost officially but it seems possible.

Another lovely day today with plenty of sunshine and just a bit of cumulus at times, a sea breeze reached here after 13:00 but this didn't seem to put much of a cap on the temperature overall. Had a BBQ this evening and looks like there is lots of this weather to come here. B)

Currently some patchy stratocumulus/altocumulus drifting over from the north but otherwise clear.
