Steve... Any sign of thunder in Nuneaton? The radar looks interesting, some really heavy rain pushing into the Midlands but I haven't heard any thunder here in Leicester.

Wouldnt it be good if the set up was right to import some of the french storms thats going to develop(their own thundery low)

it could happen this wkend for the SE, just need the wavering cold front to waver to the nw of here and we would import?

Yeah wake up Steve!

Wife insists she saw a flash of Lightning out of our bedroom window to the NE with a rumble of thunder along with heavy rain just after 0500.

Radar shows the heavy shower with more just recently.

Morning. Thunderstorm appraoching from the South West with heavy rain and numerous big rumbles of thunder.
