Discovered this charming little beach and houses on a coastal walk around the IOW:

Nice pics there Coast. What part of the Island is Steephill Cove?

I'm having withdrawal syptoms and want to go back to the IOW again!

It's along the coastal path by the Botanical Gardens at Ventnor. Be prepared for some steep descents and climbs though (hence the name!), there is only a small footpath and no road down to the beach.

Perhaps I should be keeping it all to myself? :D

I think its safe from me - I don't do steep descents & climbs - I'm more a leisurely stroll at a snails pace kinda person, which would explain after my numerous visits to the IOW, i'd never heard of it

Hope you had a good time? My mum and dad are currently looking at properties on the Island, so my cunning plan of a holiday base home might just pay off yet after convincing them to holiday there *cackle*

Nice set of photos Coast. I know I'm being quite thick here but how does one ensure that the attached thumbnail is reproduced in a reasonable size when clicked? As usual I'm no doubt missing the obvious.

The forum software should do it automatically when you upload and attach. I made sure that these pics were resized to no more than 1000 pixels in any one direction before uploading.
