Overcast with fog (vis < 450yds) after further snowfall overnight. Since midnight the temperature has managed to climb a little above freezing here with a slight thaw setting in. At observation, temperature on the way down again with ice forming. Fog, vis 450 yds. Sky visible overhead. Mean depth of lying snow, 10.5cm. Cloud quickly moved in through the morning with light rain and drizzle which lasted well in to the evening with a slow but steady thaw. The late evening saw clear conditions and the freeze returned. Maximum 2.6c.
