Apart from a brief wintry shower this morning it has been a partly cloudy day with long spells of sunshine. Rather cold again too, with a max temp of 2.2C.

Currently mostly clear at -3.7C and 88% humidity. Only 0.4mm in the rain gauge so very little thawing going on.

Today was the 11th consecutive day of snow cover at 0900 with a mean depth now of around 12cm. It was also the 11th consecutive day with sleet or snow falling.
