Okay finally got my Laptop back so as promised some pictures of the 3 Day constant Snow Event for Leigh On Sea which started on Tuesday 30th November and Finished at 9pm on Thursday 2nd December. Total Level Snow depth was 34cm in the end with much deeper drifts exposed to the Winds.

Last Picture was Last Weekend (11th Dec) and shows how good this cold spell was for keeping the snow, remember this was after the Massive Temperature Event.

Great photo's Paul. Not quite as deep as it was here but we won't split hairs over the extra 8 inches.. :lol:

Agree with what you say about the cold. Even though most of the cover, which got the sunshine melted away, in the shade there are still a couple of inches left in places. We have a mound of ice left at the bottom of the road where the plough tried to shift the stuff and got stuck :lol:

Nice photos Paul, Not many folk around the UK can complain how fantastic the start of winter 2010 has turned out to be.. Lets hope for many more before the spring. Happy I have a new condensing boiler, shame it wont save that much on my bills though..!!!

Nice pics, would be a real snow fest to see that amount of snow down here.

Posh area you live in down here we park cars on the road as we dont have those psecial places called garages!
