Can't even think of a reason besides an inversion? Winds are S.E meaning no influence from the Irish Sea.

When I was walking the dog this morning I did notice it looked very mist over Liverpool & the Wirral.

Lovely sunny day again, wall to wall sun, but the temps aren't reaching the heights of the week. Currently 16.5c which is a good 4c down on the last couple of days where we've nearly hit 21c or gone just above it. High today was 17c around 30mins or so ago ...

a lovely sunny afternoon, not too cold and not too hot with a slight cooling sea breeze. After the steady temp rise of this morning it has maxed out at 21.5c 70.7f though it is possibly a bit lower as the thermometer is slightly in the sun.
