After a very warm and clear night, the morning dawned bright and sunny. Feeling quite hot by observation. The morning continued hot with good sunny spells, though high cloud quickly moved over the area by early afternoon, this thickened enough by mid afternoon to produce a few spots of rain. Top temperature 29.3c was reached by 10:50 GMT. The temperature fell back to 24c by the end of the afternoon.

same time yesterday=almost total blue skies

temp 29.8C and dewpoint 18.6C although for me it was far too hot and humid mind you

Pleasantly warm with hazy sunshine after a mostly cloudy morning, currently 19.6c with humidity at 60% and a gentle Westerly.

A very different day today, almost 15C cooler than the same time yesterday. There have been quite a few rumbles from thunderstorms to the south-east, but the majority have missed here so far. Technically an above average day due to a 14.9C min and 20.6C max overnight, but during daylight hours it has remained very cool.
