    Hello everyone.

    I am going to Cornwall on holiday for a week. Going right down Southern Cornwall to St.Ives. Judging by the current output, am I in for an absolute washout of a holiday? :(

    Certainly unsettled next week and probably quite wet, GFS does have high pressure starting to build towards next weekend, but we all know that these can get flattened nearer the time. However the period you are going looks better than next week.

    Thanks Jack, hopefully the HP will not get flattened. If the rain can just hold off that week, then the rest of July can be a washout. :lol:

    FANTASTIC WEEK!

    Could not of asked for a better week! :D

    Sea temperature - 15.5C.

    Monday: Slightly hazy day with wall to wall sunshine, very warm at 23C, strong UV index.

    Tuesday: Cloudy until 1pm, sunny from there on, 19C was the max.

    Wednesday: Wall to wall sunshine from start to finish, 23C was the max, very strong UV.

    Thursday: Wall to wall sunshine all day, 24C was the max, strongest UV of the week!

    Friday: Cloudy with outbreaks of rain and brighter periods, cool at 14-15C but refreshing.
