Uv Light Level Graphes

does anyone know if there are any uv graphes for the last 3 at least , for the north west of scotland .

after a several conversations over the last couple of weeks ,about growth of grass to feed the sheep and crop growth ,several people have said that there seems to be little growth .i've also noticed a lack of pollenating insects around .there were a few earlier but combined with the lateness of growth/ flowering there seems as if there might be problems ,a freind also mentioned in iceland most farmers hadn't been able to cut hay yet as there was no growth ,although it's fairly warm there have been very few sunny days with max uv light ,and it was wondered by a few of us if it was causing the problem although temp has been mentioned as well ,people are also treating thre plants with nitrogen as there seems to be a yellowing of leaves ,which would normally piont to that ,but i'm now wondering if it's down to stress

any charts on uv would be usefull

or any experiences the same or any ideas , a few people are wondering ,so would be gratefull for any ideas
