Some Advice Please

Hi there

Hope someone can help me

I am understaking some local history research and need to confirm the weather condiitons in the Doncaster area (South Yorkshire) of the UK between 25th December 1950 and 5 January 1951

How can I find this out please

    I'll check the RAF Finningley data sets I have as that will be the only data available that far back as far as I know.

    Before you ask the data sets are not detailed enough to tell you did it snow on any particular day and what depth or for how long.

    You will have to deduce that from the data I have given you.

    If this is not sufficient then you will have to contact the Met office but I suspect they would make a charge.
