reforming just a mile or so inland from the coast.

Mostly cloudy overnight and this morning with some light showery rain. At observation, brighter with showers in the vicinity. A mainly cloudy and cool day followed with showery bursts of light rain. There were a few brighter spells, allowing the temperature to a maximum of 18.5c briefly by early afternoon, though for the most part the temperature was around 15c.

It's been chucking it down almost non-stop since early yesterday, with only the odd brief respite. The drains are now overflowing. Windy too, with my umbrella offering little protection from the elements. November just called and wants its weather back.

Dry sunny start to the day in Cleadon with some cumulus congestus sprouting up and a temperature of 17.8°C follwowing an overnight minimum of 11.8°C. However I don't think the sunshine-and-showers type weather will last for long as the radar shows persistent rain moving south through Northumberland and I envisage a rather dull cold damp afternoon.

I've managed to escape most of the rain with only some in the morning, overcast but dry, 18C and feeling humid.

Some heavy rain early on this morning, and patchy lighter rain up to lunch time. Remains overcast with further precipitation likely at any time. Very gusty westerly wind (26mph) and temp of 16C making it feel like Autumn.

Been raining pretty much non stop (albeit light at times) for about 24-30hours. Haven't seen the sun since Saturday evening. Feeling cool at 14C with a wind speed of over 30MPH. Not sure about the gusts.
