Saw about 2 mins of sunshine today but mostly been very thick low cloud keeping light levels very low. Feels very muggy today too so at least it isn't cold.

22.2c max despite the cloud. Some sun would have boosted it to a lovely 25c I bet but sadly sunshine is rare as hens teeth!

Wall to wall sunshine to start the day, and glorious until lunchtime and you could see a sheet of Altostratus pushing in from the east, it turned increasingly hazy from 2 till 3 and it has been cloudy since, temps around 22c. and rather muggy since the cloud has arrived.

Earlier cloud than yesterday but felt warmer for longer too. Again stuck in office during best of the sun - thinner stratus tonight than last night and feeling muggier. We seemed to have had more sun than north (Bristol) or south (Wellington) so there must have been an arm of blue around the Bridgwter area.

Sunny and warm overall, though a big wall of cloud appeared in the second half of the afternoon and festered until about 6:30pm before marching eastwards. Clear skies since then, and a noticably warmer night than recently.

^^Blimey, apart from that old one on the left, they sure do like ugly buildings in Liverpool.
