Pleasant enough here, 22.2c at noon, but nothing at all to write home about. However it's all relative of course and I think this time tomorrow it'll look very good, with the 06 Exeter fax showing the front may be reluctant to move away eastwards very quickly!

This morning started with Altocumulus covering most of the sky and hazy sunny spells. Cloud cleared by mid morning

with hot sunshine until and hour ago, since when Cumulus has developed quickly along with an increase in high cloud

from the SW.

Finally a day of sunshine! After some early altocumulus, it's been largely sunny with only a few cloudier intervals since then allowing the temp to rise to a high of 25.7C. Best day of this spell.

A very nice dry day here as well, a sunny start, there been some high clouds from time to time, so bright with long sunny spells today. Temps Mumbles 19c, Cat Thermometer 22c.

Mixture of sunshine, overcast cloudy conditions and storms (a mixture of torrential rain/hail with thunder and lightning).

A high of 25.c when the sun came out. No doubt if the sun stayed out for a lengthy period of time temperatures would have reached in excess of 28.c.

You can see the where the storms were and when there was sunshine, currently cloudy. Weather station is based in south east Leeds where the storm is edging over currently hence a rapid drop in temperatures experienced there.
