TONA's garden is bursting at the seams; Goose-gogs, blackcurrants, loganberries, apples like cricket balls, greengages, damsons etc etc. I can't recall a summer like it.

This year's Sloe-gin will be a "vintage" to be savoured for quite some time I feel.

I've been picking blackberry's out in the works car park this week and collecting a decent windfall of Victoria plums and apples from the pavements on the industrial estate. There seems to be an abundance this year and I am fast earning the moniker 'Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall' from my work colleagues

I grow Colorado Blue Spruce and conditions have been A1 perfect. Thousands upon thousands have been a full on success!
