Posts in the community area (lounge, serious discussion etc) don't count towards your total, posts elsewhere do - as you'll have spotted I imagine as your post above has taken your total to 500!

ah, i see, is this a change? i hadnt noticed it before, maybe its just the 499 caught my attention so i happened to notice when it didnt change

All looks great.

Only slight irritation is that when browsing mobile version (via IPB app) you cannot select a particular page within a thread. If you want to cut straight to the last page you have to press "next page" repeatedly through them all .... I think!

Looks great, however, on the mobile version I have the same issue as described above, it goes to the first page then I have go through all the pages to get to the end of the thread (which when there is 20 or so is a little annoying!). Phone is HTC Desire S, am I doing anything wrong?

Thanks!

No, this is something we've had for many years now.

Why do they not count?

Additionally, I cannot get the mobile browser to work on my phone.

I have a Blackberry 9800 Torch.

BlackBerry OS 6.0

Oops, I've just managed to report someone's completely reasonable post when I thought I was replying to it. Does report have to be the first option?

Thanks for sorting out my problem with editing PMs guys.

Not got the option to change it unfortunately and as it's fairly faded out hopefully it won't be a common mistake made!

Just going to bump this up again.

It is really rather annoying not having the mobile version available.

I can't see any reason for this not to be working - if your phone browser is identifying itself at being a Blackberry (which it would by default) then the system is set to automatically assign the mobile skin to it.

Hi Paul,

After some more investigating I have discovered the problem:

When using it as a non-member it is fine and uses the mobile version.

When logged in it reverts back to the normal full html version.

Any sugestions?

That's listed as a bug currently, so down to be fixed soon hopefully.

Hi, I am more a "lurker" on the forum, but come here regularly and also look on my phone quite a lot.

Just wanted to add a note to say I am also having the same problem on the mobile version where I can't skip to a particular page number, or to the end of the thread.

Also, did it used to say "member since" on the left hand side in the profile details?

I hope this is sorted soon as it's quite frustrating. Keep up the good work guys and gals! smile.png

I am having trouble viewing the forum at work as everything is out of line, I am sure it's something running on our network. Just wondered if there was a low res version available on the internet (as was in the previous version), when using my blackberry there appears to be one.

thanks

Chris

There's a bug in the software currently which is stopping the mobile/lo-res version from being selectable manually, but I'm hoping this will be resolved in the next update which shouldn't be too far off now.

I had this problem too Mike, click on the "more reply options" button and the uploader should come up.
