A dry and mainly sunny morning and early afternoon. Clouding over from the west after about 1345 g.m.t and the rest of the afternoon was cloudy and noticeably cooler with a few spots of showery rain around 1500-1530. The cloud broke again late in the afternoon and eventually cleared during the early evening.

Heard a couple of distant rumbles at about 1.30am this morning. I was in bed at the time so I didn't see the lightning & there was no more as I lay eyes wide until about 2am doh.gif
