Invest 93E has become the eighth tropical depression of the season just off the coast of Mexico. The intensity was 30kts but the depression has already weakened to 25kts as it has began to move inland. 08E could bring flash flooding and mudslides, but the winds will not be severe. 08E will likely dissipate as it moves over the Sierra Madre Del Sur. Though the remnants of 08E will emerge over water southeast of the southern tip of Baja California, they are expected to be too weak to re-generate.
