Another fairly poor day it has to be said, and the fourth poor Saturday this September, though nowhere near as wet as the previous 3. Awoke to grey skies with some light rain on and off through the morning - in Barrow is was heavy for a time. The afternoon saw the rain/drizzle slowly clear to leave a dry fine early evening with temps shooting up from 13/14 degrees to nearly 18 degrees. So an improving day but in the main dissapointing.

Tomorrow looks like a role reverse of today, it should start of dry and fine with some sunny spells hopefully before cloud rolls in during the afternoon with rain during the evening and some heavy stuff for these parts as well.

Won't be until Tuesday before the NW starts to enjoy any proper settled warmer conditions - Monday looks average temp wise with quite a cool night Monday eve.
