Hi all,

We will be staying in the Premier inn in Oxford I booked through Premierinn.com its the closest one to oxford when you search for Oxford and the rooms are £71 per room so I advise doubling up and spliting the cost with some one the hotel address is

Premier Inn

Oxford business park

Garsington Road

Oxford

OX4 2JT

TEL 0871 527 8866

The hotel has free parking and is about 3 miles outside Oxford its around a 10 pound taxi ride into town so £2.50 eash in fares the closer to town you get the more expensive it gets.

I will post a rough plan of action when i get back from Oxford at the end of this month I am planning for an Italian meal for the evening I know of a veggie that is coming is there anyone else that has dietry needs could you let me know so I can find a suitable place either later on today or tomorrow I will post everyones names that are attending I think we are in the high 20's at the mo right off to bed .

Hi guys still a fair few of you still to book a room better do it soon to avoid missing out this hotel does sell out so with only 5 or 6weeks to go get in there and book up if you want I can buddy you up with someone so you can split the costs of the room

Deffo coming, though with the Premier Inn charging £79 for the night, may have to find somewhere cheaper to crash the night, unless someone is willing to share.

Andy was so kind to say he would share with me the room he's just booked. But thanks anyway Ian.

Look forward to the meet up in just over a month's time, though I have to go to work on the Sunday (not until 1pm though), so better not get too Brahms and Liszt!
