    Its currently exceptionally mild here for October with a temperature of 17.0C just before 2am. Theres quite a strong and gusty south-westerly wind aswell.

    15.9c, 84% humidity, stratus, wind from the west. Very mild, and very dry - disappointing early October fare; hopefully next weeks cooler spell pulls off and in the shorter term, the possible sunny and foggy high this Thursday/Friday.

    Cloudy and mild after a very mild night with periods of drizzle and light rain, the drizzle dying out by early morning.

    A dry and cloudy start to this morning but with a few showery bursts of light-moderate rain in the last hour.

    Must be another warm sector day!!

    Extensive Stratocumulus, ocasional bright/sunny spells and equally occasional drizzle.

    The main aspect today is a very strong and gusty WSW wind, 17.4c with humidity 77%.

    Overcast with light rain here. Currently 17.1C and 89% humidity after a max earlier of 18.6C.

    Very mild indeed last night with a min temp of 15.4C, making it the latest date in the year Ive ever recorded to have a min above 15C.

    Very interesting string of heavy rain, only about 3-5 miles wide stretching W-E and moving eastwards to the north of Manchester at the moment.

    As elsewhere, cloudy, mild and windy after a very mild start - pretty much a repeat of Saturday and Sunday. Brief brighter intervals in the afternoon. Currently overcast, 16.5 deg C, wind fresh W. Today's maximum 19.3, last night's minimum 16.0.

    Yesterday: patchy rain early morning soon cleared; mainly cloudy, some brightness in the afternoon. Breezy. Maximum 20.0, minimum 14.3. Wind moderate W.

      It's been a wet March for much of the UK, with well above average rainfall, though the Northern & Western Isles have been drier than average.
