The rank murky gloomy mucky weather goes on. We have not seen the sun here since early Monday morning. Give me a cold clear sunny day anytime over this rubbish.

I understand this is going to break up a bit at the weekend, but will I make it thorough the dull, dark greyness until then? :sorry:

A decent day so far with a strong SSW wind helping to break up the Stratocumulus enough to allow some brightness and

occasional sunny spells. 13.7c with 95% humidity.

All this complaining about mild weather, well it don't feel mild to me, its felt quite chilly in fact this week, just because the charts look mild synoptically doesn't mean it is mild. Today it is 9.2 c here that is not mild for November

Temperatures now at 9.9c, full cloud cover.

NO SUNLIGHT OBSERVED FOR 99 HOURS. AT 4:30PM, IT'LL BE 100 HOURS WITHOUT SUNLIGHT. Diabolical. Due to darkness and a sunrise at around 7:30am, we are guaranteed at least 115 consecutive hours without any form of sunlight, this is stupid bad.

Yep, especially not in November, probably the dullest month around in recent years (2010 apart), but it's getting on my nelly, and usually we might have the odd break in cloud to allow for a ray or two to reach the surface haha! Sat24 says tonight will remain cloudy, but the BBC/MetO are more optimistic with some sunshine possible tomorrow.

100 hours without sunshine now...

Been enjoying the wonderful weather!

None stop light drizzle and fog for four days now, temperatures remain consistent as you would expect in these conditions, between 8-11.c.

Dubai Floods: Another Warning Sign for Desert Regions?

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall.
