another dull grey start, the low was last evening, its currently on 11.2C with a light ESE breeze, 0.2mm overnight, I assume from the decaying warm front?

Yep you're right there John- temperatures currently at 10c at Durham with a southerly breeze, the ground is soaked. Normal service is resumed for this dreadful first half of November.

Broken cloud moving over on a E-ESE breeze. Yesterday there was shallow fog in the morning after rain (one torrential burst) in the previous evening. then sunny intervals and mild (15.8C max) with quite low patchy cloud of cumulus form. - At least it was a bit more interesting than constant low cloud.

Thick fog returned around midnight last night and has persisted since, accompanied by light-moderate drizzle.

Current temp' is 9.5c after an overnight min' of 9.2c, this is also the 24 hr min.

Morning, temp rising nicelt up to 12.9c dp 11c.... sunny and bright with no clouds as such 1029mb steady no wind either 2 knots from the NE :)

Amazing how indifferent we have become to unseasonal warmth I am musing sat on a Midlands patio enjoying the mid November sunshine with a temperature of 14c.

Exceptionally warm in Wales already 16c in places!

Amazing day for mid-November- struggling to remember such a day so late in the year! In Cheltenham there are people sitting outside pubs in t shirts- certainly feels very warm in the sun with temperatures of 17c!
